Hindi naman na siguro bago sa lahat na Christmas is about giving. Lalo sa ating mga PIlipino, kahit hindi Pasko, we always tend to share yung blessings natin — may it be through charities, donation drives, or just simply giving to those in need. O kaya, wala lang, gusto lang natin magbigay sa mga mahahalaga sa atin.
At sa Brand Republic? Hindi na rin bago ‘yun. From employees na pinapasaya and inaalagaan in more ways than one to clients na we make sure that their brands are not just alive, but siyempre, they are as well dahil we make them feel na what we have is more than just a service; it is a real connection.
But how do we do it?
Our relationship with clients is just like any relationship na kailangang mag-work, bukod sa communication, siyempre we show our love to them. And we do it through our love languages — acts of service and gift giving.
Siyempre, unang-una diyan ‘yung best contents and ideas na binibigay namin sa kanila through the work that we do. Every month ‘yan, we always make sure na we try our best and go out of our way para maging better yung brands nila. Mapa-artworks, blurb, or other initiatives na we think could help them para mas makilala sila online and outside social media.
Aside from that, we ensure na we show up — sa events nila to show support or kahit nga when we see their billboards, or ‘yung iba sa kanila na may milestone sa life, we congratulate them. Of course sa struggles din that they encounter, like sa social media accounts ng brands nila (kahit minsan yung Internet lang naman ‘yung problema talaga) or if they need new ideas to boost their sales. Ginagawa rin namin ‘yan. ‘Yung iba simple lang, pero it makes a difference sa relationship kasi it means we care for them and the bond that we have. Also, importante naman talaga ang mag-show up, ‘di ba? Kahit gaano pa ka-simple ‘yan in the eyes of many.
Para mas ma-feel nilang special sila sa amin, we show up din sa special days nila, like birthdays. Bukod sa greeting we also give them cakes, para naman maging masaya sila, lalo kung stressful ang supposedly happy ang day nila, right? We also bring pasalubong for them, ‘pag may vacation trip ang iba sa amin. Sa meetings naman, siyempre we pay for the food or kahit snacks lang — remember: they are our Clients, dapat laging special ang feeling nilal. And last but not the least, kapag Christmas, we send them a simple basket of goods or ham para maging magical ‘yung Pasko nila. Isipin niyo kinakain nila ‘yun tas maaalala nila kami, ‘di ba? PLus, sino ba namang ayaw ng nag-uumapaw na blessings ‘pag holidays? Siyempre wala. Gusto natin lahat masaya, kaya ‘yun ang priority namin dito sa BR.
Yep, that’s what we do!
BR has been doing this for years now. We show appreciation to our clients by going beyond the work that we do. You know, hindi naman kasi dapat “trabaho lang” ang lahat lagi. Minsan, give and take ‘yan na dapat may love pa rin — partnership kumbaga. Through this, hindi lang work or business ‘yung nag-f-flourish, ‘yung mismong connection din namin sa kanila ‘cos it strengthens the trust, bond, and relationship between us.
